Who We Are

Since our establishment, we have continuously made strong efforts to improve our professional capability and strengthen cooperative relationships. Currently, VHC Jinzai is collaborating with various companies of all sizes across multiple industries such as seafood processing, mechanical engineering, agriculture, garment manufacturing, construction, and more. To date, we have dispatched more than 2,000 workers to Japan, including Technical Intern Trainees (levels 1 & 2), Specified Skilled Workers, and engineers in various fields. In addition, beyond the Japanese market, from early 2023 we have also begun expanding to new destinations, dispatching highly skilled workers and vocational students to South Korea, Australia, and Germany.

Our Services

Technical Intern Training Program In Japan (TITP)

We provide recruitment and support services for Vietnamese candidates participating in the Technical Intern Training Program in Japan.
Applicants receive full guidance on document preparation, Japanese language training, cultural orientation, and professional skills, helping them quickly adapt to the Japanese working environment.
The program covers various industries that match each candidate’s ability and career direction, including food processing, agriculture, construction, mechanical engineering, nursing care, and more.

Specified Skilled Worker Program (特定技能）

We recruit applicants under the Specified Skilled Worker (Tokutei Ginou) program.
New Tokutei applicants: For individuals who have not participated in the Technical Intern Training Program but wish to work in Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker status.
Industries available: Food processing, agriculture, nursing care, and others.
For former trainees (TITP graduates): We assist with visa transition and procedures, enabling them to continue working legally in Japan.

Engineer

We connect Japanese companies with highly skilled candidates who graduated from colleges or universities and meet the technical requirements set by Japanese employers.
This program provides workers with long-term and sustainable career development opportunities in Japan.

Post-Employment Support for Workers Returning from Japan

Beyond recruitment, we continue to support workers after they complete their contracts in Japan:

Job placement support in Vietnam.
Assistance with tax refund procedures, ensuring legal rights and maximizing benefits for workers.
